Residential Property Paralegal
We are seeking a Residential Property Paralegal to support a busy conveyancing department, managing files from instruction through to post-completion. This role offers hands-on experience across all stages of residential property transactions in a collaborative environment.

Description
- Assist with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions
- Prepare and review legal documents including contracts and transfer forms
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, and third parties throughout the process
- Manage files from initial instruction through to post-completion
- Ensure compliance with firm protocols and maintain accurate records
Profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in residential property/conveyancing
- Good understanding of the sale and purchase process
- Experience with completion and submission of protocol forms
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills; exposure to acting for companies is an advantage
