About Us
We are an established IT technology recruitment agency specialising exclusively in Oracle and SAP talent acquisition. With a global reach spanning multiple countries, we've built our reputation on our ability to source hard-to-find IT professionals in these specialist technology sectors. Our focused expertise sets us apart in a competitive market, and we're looking for an exceptional Oracle Delivery Consultant to join our growing team. This is a non billing recruitment role.
The Role
As an Oracle Delivery Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting world-class Oracle professionals with leading organisations worldwide. You'll work across the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying and engaging with specialist Oracle talent to building lasting relationships with clients who rely on our expertise to fill their most challenging technical positions.
This is an opportunity to work in a niche market where your knowledge and network will be highly valued, and where you'll be supported by a team of specialists who understand the technical landscape inside and out.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and engage with Oracle professionals across various specialisms including Oracle Cloud, Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, Database Administration, and other Oracle technologies
- Build and maintain a strong network of Oracle consultants and contractors globally
- Develop and manage client relationships, understanding their Oracle delivery requirements and business challenges
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate sourcing through to placement and beyond
- Utilise your understanding of Oracle technologies to have credible, consultative conversations with both candidates and clients
- Work towards individual and team targets in a performance-driven environment
- Stay informed about Oracle technology trends, market movements, and competitor activity
What We're Looking For
- Previous recruitment experience, ideally within IT or technology sectors (Oracle recruitment experience would be advantageous but not essential)
- A genuine interest in technology and willingness to develop deep knowledge of Oracle solutions
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Resilience, determination, and a results-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Self-motivated with strong organisational skills
What We Offer
- Competitive salary with uncapped commission structure
- Hybrid working flexibility with office-based collaboration
- Comprehensive training on Oracle technologies and the recruitment process
- The opportunity to become a recognised specialist in a niche, high-demand market
- Career progression opportunities within an established agency
- Supportive team environment with access to specialist knowledge and resources
- Exposure to global clients and candidates across multiple countries
Why Join Us?

You'll work with senior-level professionals and decision-makers, handling roles that genuinely challenge and interest your candidates. Our established presence and focused approach mean you'll have the backing, tools, and reputation you need to succeed from day one.
