Associate Director Construction Consultancy

An internationally recognised construction consultancy is seeking an ambitious Associate Director to join their London office specialising in luxury hotel and commercial office fit out projects. This Associate Director role presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced project management professional to lead major schemes, manage key client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of a highly successful team.

The successful Associate Director will work across prestigious luxury hotel developments and high–end workplace fit out projects for established clients within the hospitality and commercial sectors. The Associate Director will play a central role in project delivery, team leadership and business development while benefiting from excellent progression prospects within a respected global consultancy.

The Associate Director's role

The successful Associate Director will lead the delivery of luxury hospitality and office fit out projects while supporting wider business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading major hotel and office fit out projects from inception to completion
• Managing key client accounts and stakeholder relationships
• Overseeing project teams and mentoring junior staff
• Supporting procurement, risk and contract administration processes
• Identifying business development opportunities
• Supporting team growth and operational performance
• Ensuring projects are delivered to programme, budget and quality expectations

The Associate Director

The consultancy is seeking an experienced and driven Associate Director with:

• Strong consultancy project management background
• Proven experience delivering luxury hotel and office fit out projects
• Excellent leadership and client management skills
• Ability to manage multiple high–value projects simultaneously
• Degree qualified in Construction, Project Management or similar
• Chartered status with MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM preferred
