An elite international law firm is seeking a talented restructuring associate to join its London-based team. The practice sits at the crossroads of private equity, distressed M&A, cross-border restructuring, and complex special situations. The Ideal Candidate:

• England & Wales qualified lawyer with 1–5 years’ PQE .
• Strong experience in restructuring, special situations, or leveraged finance (creditor or debtor side).
• Commercial, solutions-driven mindset – comfortable working across capital structures.
• Interest in distressed investing, private capital transactions, or international mandates.
• Confident in managing workstreams, liaising with clients, and delivering under pressure.
