Senior Business Development Executive

A prestigious international law firm is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to join its global client development function. This is a high-impact role supporting international growth across key markets including Asia-Pacific, the Americas, and other strategic regions.

The Role

This is a dynamic and varied position, ideal for someone with a global mindset and a passion for relationship-building. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions, supporting cross-practice initiatives and helping to drive international business development.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting BD initiatives across Asia-Pacific, the Americas, and other key markets.
• Acting as the main liaison for BD activity in Hong Kong.
• Coordinating international trips, events, and referral activity.
• Managing relationship law firm interactions and tracking ROI.
• Conducting market research and trend analysis.
• Maintaining CRM data and BD documentation.
• Collaborating with marketing and BD colleagues on global campaigns.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in BD and marketing within professional services, ideally legal.
• Degree-educated or equivalent.
• Internationally curious, with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across regions.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Skilled in managing multiple projects and delivering high-quality work under pressure.
