We’re looking for compassionate and reliable Agency Support Workers to join our growing team, supporting individuals with learning disabilities in residential, supported living, and community settings.
This is a flexible agency role, ideal for those seeking regular shifts, variety in their work, and the opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives.
Key Responsibilities

Provide personalised care and support for adults with learning disabilities.
*
Assist with daily living tasks, promoting independence and choice.
*
Support individuals in social and community activities.
*
Deliver compassionate care in line with individual support plans.
*
Accurately record and report on care provided.
Requirements
*
Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities is essential.
*
Experience with Epilepsy care is highly desirable.
*
Knowledge of safeguarding and health & safety practices.
*
Empathetic, patient, and able to build strong relationships.
*
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts (days, evenings, weekends).
*
Valid Right to Work in the UK.
*
DBS on the Update Service preferred (we can help if you need a new one).
