We're partnering with a major, complex logistics organisation embarking on their largest scale transformations in its history. This is a rare opportunity to step into a high–impact role at the heart of a business undergoing large–scale modernisation, where legacy meets cutting–edge, and your leadership will make a tangible difference.
As the Senior Project Manager, you'll as a trusted number two to the Programme Manager, owning delivery, driving momentum, and cutting through complexity.
- Lead and support a team of PMs across global, multi–disciplinary teams.
- Drive iterative delivery in a SAFe environment.
- Navigate ambiguity, competing priorities and complex stakeholder landscapes.
- You'll be a confident, down–to–earth leader, comfortable engaging both frontline and senior stakeholders.
- Experience of legacy modernisation is highly desirable.
We're looking for candidates who have a strong background working in agile, enterprise–scale programmes in either operations, retail, logistics, manufacturing, or consulting.
DBS check will be required.
