Community Development Officer
- Support individuals to identify their strengths, goals and career aspirations.
- Provide advice and guidance around training, volunteering and employment opportunities.
- Help people overcome barriers to employment and progression.
- Build trusted relationships with customers and residents, including those facing challenging circumstances.
- Develop partnerships with employers, training providers, businesses and community organisations.
- Create opportunities that improve skills, confidence and employability.
- Attend workshops, events and community initiatives.
- Work with local partners to increase participation and engagement.

Salary: £38,000
Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: London
Contract: 6-month fixed term – secondment cover
