Real Estate Lawyer (Mid or Senior)
You'll be involved in a broad range of transactional real estate matters, including:
- Investment and development projects
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Joint ventures and pre-letting
- Real estate financings and restructurings
- Infrastructure and energy development
- Corporate support and M&A-related property work
- You'll act as lead lawyer on transactions, manage junior colleagues, and collaborate across practice areas and jurisdictions.
