  • Supporting Accounts Payable activities, including invoice reviews, expense checks and payment runs.
  • Preparing VAT returns and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Playing a key role in audit cycles, preparing schedules and supporting audit requests.
  • Assisting with the preparation of statutory financial statements.
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency across finance operations.
  • Supporting projects and initiatives, including internal controls and technical accounting research.

What makes it exciting

  • A hands-on role with real ownership across multiple entities.
  • Exposure to regional and statutory reporting in a global organisation.
  • Opportunities to improve processes and influence how work gets done.
  • A collaborative environment with cross-functional exposure.
  • The chance to build strong technical and commercial accounting expertise.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong experience in month-end close, reconciliations and reporting.
  • Solid understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.
  • Experience with Accounts Payable processes.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong Excel skills, with working knowledge of Oracle and Hyperion (HFM) preferred.
  • Confident communicator, able to work with internal and external stakeholders.

You’ll thrive here if you are

  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Curious, with a mindset to challenge and improve processes.
  • Organised and able to manage multiple priorities.

Your background

  • Studying towards or qualified in CIMA, ACCA or equivalent.
  • 3–4 years of progressive accounting experience.
  • Experience in financial reporting, audits and statutory accounts.
  • Additional European languages are a plus, but not essential.

The bottom line

This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career within a global hospitality brand, gain exposure to complex regional accounting, and play a key role in delivering accurate, high-quality financial reporting. If you’re looking to grow, take ownership, and make an impact—we’d love to hear from you.

Please note: if you’re successful, you’ll need to provide proof of your right to work in the UK before joining us.
