Residential Estate Operative - London, NW9
We’re seeking a dedicated Estate Operative to join Encore at one of our established developments in North West London. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who takes pride in keeping sites well-maintained, safe, and welcoming.
Role Overview
Location: London, NW9
Hours: Mon-Fri, 08:00-16:00
Salary: £26,936
Key Responsibilities
Your role will involve a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of the development, including:
General maintenance tasks (e.g., changing lightbulbs and lamps)
Caretaking and gardening duties to keep the site in top condition
Cleaning communal areas and facilities
Emergency system testing, such as fire alarms and emergency lighting
Managing bin stores and car park monitoring
CCTV surveillance and monitoring
Operating site machinery and programming fob access control systems (full training provided)
What We’re Looking For
While previous experience in cleaning or security is advantageous, it’s not essential. We’re looking for someone who:
Lives within a 45-minute commute of the site
Is comfortable using IT systems to log and track jobs or issues
Has a proactive, can-do attitude and values attention to detail
