Interview Scheduler
Location: Fully Remote
Contract: 6 Months
Pay Rate: £16.50 per hour PAYE
IR35 Status: Outside IR35
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Interview Scheduler to join a busy Talent Acquisition function on an initial 6-month contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive recruitment professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities Schedule interviews and assessments across multiple vacancies.
Coordinate with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and interview panels.
Manage complex diaries, time zones, reschedules and cancellations.
Issue interview invitations, joining instructions and candidate communications.
Maintain accurate recruitment records within the ATS.
Support recruitment administration, reporting and compliance activities.
Identify opportunities to improve scheduling processes and service delivery.
Help ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout.
About You 3+ years' experience in interview scheduling, recruitment coordination or HR administration.
Experience supporting high-volume recruitment activity.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience using ATS platforms and Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Teams, Excel and Word.
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to candidate experience.
Fluent English communication skills.
