We are seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead a busy, flagship Rosette-level independent restaurant in West London, recognised by the Michelin Guide for its quality and consistency. This is a high-profile venue where exceptional British ingredients are paired with warm, confident but casual service in a refined yet relaxed brasserie-style setting.

The restaurant is celebrated for the best in British produce, a strong wine offering, and service that feels professional without being formal. This role suits a General Manager who enjoys running the whole business while remaining visibly involved during service.

Key Responsibilities

• Full ownership of a busy flagship restaurant, overseeing operations and performance

• Balance hands-on leadership with responsibility for budgets, P&L, forecasting, and labour control

• Act as the face of the venue within the West London community

• Champion high-quality British ingredients and knowledgeable service

• Lead and develop a strong management and front-of-house team while maintaining a warm brasserie atmosphere

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager within a Rosette-level or equivalent premium restaurant in the UK

• Experience in high end or fine dining

• Commercially confident and comfortable running the full business

• Passion for British produce, quality-led cooking, and wine-focused dining

• A natural, visible leader with a welcoming presence

• Full Right to Work in the UK

• Living within a commutable distance to West London
