- Contribute to playbook development, documenting recurring technical issues and resolutions to improve self-service across the Ad Ops team
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product to flag operational pain points, improve tooling, and influence the development roadmap with operational & commercial needs in mind
- Implement and manage incident tracking and resolution workflows, ensuring SLAs are upheld and issues are closed with clear visibility and communication
- Act as a key liaison across Ad Ops, Engineering, Product, and Supply teams
- Train delivery team members and internal stakeholders on tooling, QA protocols, and common troubleshooting pathways
Who you are:
- You bring 3–5 years of experience in ad tech, technical operations, or program management, preferably within a DSP, SSP, or publisher environment
- You’re highly organized with a proactive problem-solving mindset and strong technical acumen
- You have a solid understanding of programmatic infrastructure, trafficking, and ad delivery pipelines
- You’re comfortable with incident response workflows and know how to prioritize, document, and escalate technical issues with clarity and urgency
- You’re fluent in creative QA and ad formats (VAST, VPAID, HTML5, JavaScript), rich media platforms (e.g. Celtra) and experienced in tagging and tag wrapping
- You’re an expert in Beeswax and familiar with DSPs like DV360, Adlook, The Trade Desk, and SSPs like Magnite, Nexxen and Improve
- You are comfortable working in tools like JIRA and internal dashboards; SQL skills are a plus
