The Chancery Rosewood, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It includes 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, alongside a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

As an IT Officer, you will be a key part of ensuring that our technology systems run seamlessly across the hotel. You will provide day-to-day technical support to associates, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure all systems function effectively to support luxury guest experiences. With your proactive, solution-oriented mindset, you will help deliver a smooth, secure, and innovative technology environment in line with Rosewood standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing first-line technical support to associates across all departments.

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware, software, and network systems.

• Ensuring hotel systems, including POS, PMS, and telephony, operate reliably and securely.

• Troubleshooting issues quickly and effectively to minimise downtime.

• Maintaining accurate documentation of systems, processes, and support activities.

• Assisting with IT projects, upgrades, and system improvements as directed by the IT leadership team.

• Supporting the enforcement of cybersecurity and data protection policies.

About You

• Previous IT support or technician experience, ideally within hospitality or a service-driven environment.

• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking fundamentals.

• Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

• Clear communicator with the ability to support non-technical users patiently and effectively.

• Organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
