Private Lifestyle PA - French Speaker, 3 days wfh + 1 day London

A unique opportunity to support a 2nd-generation Chairman of a multitude of business groups, based at a prestigious Belgravia address. This is a senior, standalone sole UK PA role requiring discretion, confidence, and sound judgement. Acting as the central pivot for the Principal, you will take full responsibility for running his personal and professional life, drawing on your experience to manage complex priorities without supervision, after a thorough handover from your predecessor. The role encompasses oversight of personal finances, the smooth running of London properties including maintenance, and the coordination of international travel schedules. You will be working alone, so the ability to operate with confidence independently is essential and have the skills of personal time-management and the ability to prioritise matters without consultation. There will be occasional need to be contactable outside of office hours. This is a long-term position offering continuity and trust. Your predecessor has been in the post for many years, and you will operate as the pivot between the Principal and other long-standing support colleagues working for the family in Europe and the US. The role is operational four days per week, with the flexibility to work up to three days from home if desired. One day per week at the Belgravia office is essential.

About You

• At least 5 years experience at senior PA level, comfortable working autonomously
• Excellent judgement, organisation, and prioritisation skills
• Fluent French speaker
• Discreet, adaptable, and flexible with availability when required
