Senior Manager - SAP Solution Architect

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Supply Chain Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end supply chain solutions across enterprise landscapes. The role focuses on SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain modules and integrated planning, logistics, procurement, and manufacturing processes. The architect will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to ensure scalable, efficient, and future-ready supply chain solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end SAP Supply Chain architecture , including integration across modules such as:
  • SAP MM (Materials Management)
  • SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
  • SAP PP (Production Planning)
  • SAP EWM / WM (Extended Warehouse Management)
  • SAP TM (Transportation Management)
  • SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning)
• Lead SAP S/4HANA transformation programs for supply chain functions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solution architectures .
• Design integrated supply chain processes across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution.
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP and non-SAP systems (EDI, APIs, middleware such as CPI/PI/PO).
• Provide solution governance and architectural standards across projects.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and enterprise architects.
• Evaluate and recommend SAP best practices, innovations, and roadmap alignment .
• Support data migration strategy and master data governance for supply chain domains.
• Lead design reviews, architecture boards, and solution approvals.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and digital supply chain improvements .
• Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and performance standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–15+ years of experience in SAP, with strong focus on Supply Chain Management solutions .
• Proven experience as an SAP Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect .
• Hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain modules.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (plan-to-produce, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay).
• Experience in SAP IBP, EWM, TM, or Ariba is highly desirable.
• Strong integration knowledge (SAP PI/PO, CPI, APIs, IDoc, BAPI).
• Experience in at least 1–3 full-cycle SAP implementation or transformation programs .
• Solid understanding of data models, master data, and analytics in SAP environments .
• Experience working in global, multi-site enterprise environments.
