Here at Pro-Recruitment Group we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our boutique agency. We want you to be successful and happy as well as being supported by training and development programmes so you can have a clear progression path and build a career with us.
We are currently hiring on our Charity and NFP division. We have established ourselves and one of the go to recruiters in this industry for Finance Professionals.
As a business we have great leadership in place to support, develop and challenge you. We are London based, but offer a hybrid model and ask for a minimum of 1 day in the office per week.
What will you be doing as a Recruitment Consultant?
You will need to build key relationships with both new and existing clients in the Charity and NFP space, account managing, sourcing both active and passive candidates and managing the full recruitment process from end to end.
You will be recruiting for range from globally known charities to smaller and more local NGOs, to housing associations and various institutions. One of the most exciting things about this sector is that the people you will be working with are some of the most passionate people around!
What are we looking for in a Recruitment Consultant?
You will be results-oriented, with strong entrepreneurial skills, with the ability to manage talent pools of both passive and active candidates. When it comes to managing the recruitment process this is where you excel. You will need to have experience for managing multiple vacancies, proficient in taking client briefings and identifying the best candidates for each clients and role.
