Senior Pricing Manager
We have partnered with a leading UK insurer to find a Senior Pricing Manager to lead their pricing strategy across both personal and commercial lines. This is a senior leadership role with significant influence driving pricing excellence, shaping the roadmap, and ensuring robust governance and oversight of both in-house and delegated pricing activity.
- Lead and develop a team of pricing professionals, setting the strategy for pricing across the business.- Drive improvements in pricing capability through robust governance, model reviews, and the development of new tools and methodologies.
- Oversee delegated pricing activities, ensuring alignment, transparency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor portfolio performance, assess pricing adequacy, and recommend targeted rating actions.
- Support business planning and forecasting on rate, loss ratio trends, and combined operating ratio.
- Build strong relationships across the supply chain, influencing decision-making at senior and board level. This role is ideal for an experienced pricing leader qualified or part-qualified actuary, or a degree holder in mathematics/statistics who has worked across personal and commercial lines and enjoys leading teams, influencing strategy, and driving performance through pricing excellence.
