About the role

The AI Solutions Lead is a senior, client-facing role responsible for defining, designing, and helping to deliver AI solutions for Zenitech's clients. The role is multi-faceted, it combines product, solution and technical leadership, pre-sales support, and strategic guidance in evolving Zenitech’s AI capabilities and its AI service portfolio

What you will do

Strategy & Leadership

• Work closely with internal stakeholders (CCMs, SMEs, CSMs, Sales) to support the definition and execution of the company’s AI strategy.

• Partner with the AI Solutions Product Manager to guide the selection, development, and usage of internal AI solutions.

• Drive the adoption of emerging AI technologies and continuously evaluate their relevance to client and internal use cases.

• Contribute to technical thought leadership through white papers, guides, and case studies.

Solution Design & Delivery

• Design and deliver AI solutions that address client needs and generate measurable business value.

• Lead analysis, research, and solution design to produce high-quality inputs for technical proposals and delivery planning.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems, products, and business processes.

• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with relevant standards and regulatory requirements.

Pre-Sales & Client Engagement

• Support pre-sales activities, including client workshops, technical presentations, solution scoping, and proposal development.

• Translate complex AI concepts into clear, practical guidance for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Engineering Excellence & Continuous Improvement

• Define and promote best practices for development, deployment, and monitoring in production environments.

• Ensure consistent application of engineering standards across AI initiatives.

• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and methodologies, and apply this knowledge to improve solutions and offerings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, including 2+ years working with AI and Generative AI solutions.

• Strong understanding of modern AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and trends.

• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks and tools.

• Experience designing and delivering AI solutions end-to-end, including integration into existing systems.

• Solid understanding of model lifecycle management (development, deployment, monitoring).

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP) and scalable architectures.

• Experience in pre-sales activities, including solution design, estimation, and proposal support.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.

• Experience in client-facing or consulting environments.

• Excellent spoken and written English.
