Job Title: Accommodation Clerk Manager
Location: RAF Northolt, UB5 6NG
Salary: £27,759 per annum | Full-time | Monday–Friday, 9am–4:30pm

As the Accommodation Clerk Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our front-of-house operations—motivating your team, ensuring smooth daily processes, and supporting the site manager with key tasks. You’ll play a vital role in making sure our guests feel welcome and well looked after.

What you’ll be doing:
- Managing daily accommodation operations and leading your team
- Handling booking requests and guest communications (approx. 50 emails/day)
- Preparing arrival packs and coordinating guest check-ins/check-outs
- Maintaining accurate records using software and Excel
- Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Ensuring GDPR compliance and confidentiality at all times.
What we’re looking for:
- UK residency for the past 3 years (due to sector requirements)
- Legal right to work in the UK
- Ability to pass full security vetting and DBS checks
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- A proactive, independent approach with confidence in working with senior management.
