Night Warehouse Packer

Location: Uxbridge

Hours: Night Shift - Typically 6:00pm to 3:00am (Flexibility Required)

Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour

About the Role

We are looking for reliable, motivated and hardworking Night Warehouse Packers to join our team. This is a fast-paced role involving the accurate picking and packing of food products across multiple warehouse environments.

You will be working across three temperature-controlled sections:

• Ambient
• Chiller
• Freezer

Suitable PPE will be provided where required.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer food orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use hand-held scanners and paper pick lists to complete orders.
• Work across ambient, chilled and freezer warehouse areas.
• Consistently achieve productivity and accuracy targets, with an expected output of approximately 100 orders per shift .
• Ensure all orders are packed to a high standard and ready for dispatch.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Follow all food safety, health and safety, and company procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse, order picking or packing experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
• Comfortable working in ambient, chilled and freezer environments.
• Able to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining excellent accuracy.
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Physically fit and capable of being on your feet for long periods.
• Reliable, punctual and dependable.
• Flexible approach to working hours, with the ability to work beyond the standard finish time when business needs require.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
