Wholesale Operations Assistant

The Wholesale Operations Assistant will support the Head of Department and Wholesale Operations coordinator in delivering on time in full deliveries to wholesaler customers

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist in maintaining orders in company systems ensuring they are up to date.
• Order customer labels
• Complete customer data forms/ keep customer portals up to date
• Communicate with customers any changes
• Assist with the shipping of customer orders; liaising with the warehouse and created carton labels.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year's experience in a Wholesale environment.
• Experience working with wholesalers, including Zalando/ASOS/Urban
• Excellent Excel skills
• Flexible work approach, great communication skills and able to liaise with all departments
• Accuracy with great attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, managing multiple projects and working to tight deadlines
• Excellent administration and organisational skills, a keen problem-solver
