Wholesale Operations Assistant
The Wholesale Operations Assistant will support the Head of Department and Wholesale Operations coordinator in delivering on time in full deliveries to wholesaler customers
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist in maintaining orders in company systems ensuring they are up to date.
- Order customer labels
- Complete customer data forms/ keep customer portals up to date
- Communicate with customers any changes
- Assist with the shipping of customer orders; liaising with the warehouse and created carton labels.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in a Wholesale environment.
- Experience working with wholesalers, including Zalando/ASOS/Urban
- Excellent Excel skills
- Flexible work approach, great communication skills and able to liaise with all departments
- Accuracy with great attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, managing multiple projects and working to tight deadlines
- Excellent administration and organisational skills, a keen problem-solver
