A well-established school in Wimbledon is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the smooth running of its premises and facilities operations.
This is a varied role requiring someone who can confidently coordinate contractors, maintenance, security and health and safety requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing contractors and suppliers
Coordinating planned maintenance
Responding to reactive repairs
Conducting site inspections
Monitoring health and safety
Managing site security
Overseeing cleaning services
Maintaining facilities records
Coordinating room and event setups
Supporting emergency procedures
The successful candidate will be organised, proactive and confident managing a busy school site.
