An Outstanding SEN school in Hackney, East London is seeking a dedicated SEND Teacher to join their team, supporting a Key Stage 3/4 class with 9 primary-aged students.
The school is a vibrant learning community, offering education for 4-19 year-olds with highly specialised provisions for learners with autism.
The school place each child's individual needs and goals at the centre of their work. It is this ethos that underpins their bespoke child-centred curriculum specially developed to create a learning environment that is ambitious, communicative, opportunity-rich, resilient, and responsive to individual needs.

Key Requirements
The ideal candidate will:
- Be passionate about teaching in a non-mainstream environment and embrace the unique opportunities provided by a special school setting.
- Demonstrate a caring and compassionate approach, using creativity to deliver inclusive, engaging, and inspiring lessons.
- Hold a recognised UK teaching qualification (QTS or QTLS).
- Have experience or a strong interest in working with children with SEND, gained through Initial Teacher Training (ITT) or other opportunities.
- This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified teacher eager to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with complex needs and learning difficulties.
