- Lead and manage a team of marketing and communications professionals to deliver high-quality outputs.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure consistent brand and reputation messaging across all touchpoints.
- Analyse market trends and audience insights to refine messaging and campaign effectiveness.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and industry stakeholders to enhance brand reputation.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing and communication strategies to key stakeholder
The Successful Applicant
A successful Director of Communications and Marketing should have:
- Must have a proven experience in B2B communications and marketing within the financial services industry.
- Strong leadership skills to manage and inspire a high-performing team.
- Expertise in developing and executing integrated marketing and communication strategies
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- A degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communications, or Business.
