Assistant Manager, Reward Analyst, HR, Enabling Functions

- Being excited by data and employee issues is fundamental and the capability to grow your experience to liaise with the business would be great., You may have managed benefits as part of your responsibility or similar where pricing and rules are managed through effective formulas.
- You may have been involved in big annual cyclical events, such as pay review or bonus payment modelling or end of year accounts reporting, making sure you are applying best practice principles and deliver the results to schedule in a quality way.
- You may have supported projects where your analytical skills have given depth to the argument, supporting the options through meaningful data expressed in clear terms.
- You will be adept at challenging the status quo with data insight, commercial acumen, and affective communication style to make change happen across the business.

- We are seeking an experienced Analyst from a Reward, Management Information (MI), or Finance analytics background. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional Excel skills, with a proven ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.

- Essential skills include in-depth big data excel analytics capability including advanced formulas, modelling and charts.
- Desirable would be experience using HR database reporting and information, as well as external pay and benefits benchmarking models and an understanding job matching methodology. Connect to your skills and professional experience
- We are looking for candidates with top notch excel analytics skills within either a Reward, Management Information (MI), or Finance background.
- You may also have experience with HR databases which would be advantageous for the role.
- You are used to translating large data sets into meaningful business insights, managing your modelling capability to streamline the background analysis.
- Working with external remuneration benchmark models would be an advantage but not essential, the key here is you have the analytics skills and the willingness to learn - we can teach you the Reward environment.
