The Chancery Rosewood – opening Summer 2025, is redefining luxury in Mayfair, housed in the former U.S. Embassy and reimagined by Sir David Chipperfield. With 144 suites by Joseph Dirand and a collection of dynamic dining and bar spaces, it’s a place where experiences are curated, conversations flow, and every detail matters.

We are seeking a Bartender to bring craft, creativity, and a sharp eye for detail to our bar program. You will mix classic and contemporary cocktails with precision, engage effortlessly with guests, and contribute to an atmosphere that feels both elevated and inviting.

This role is due to start in June 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and serve exceptional cocktails, spirits, and beverages with consistency and flair.
• Engage with guests, offering expert recommendations and a personalised experience.
• Maintain an impeccable bar setup, ensuring stock levels, cleanliness, and organisation are always in check.
• Stay ahead of mixology trends, contributing ideas to enhance the cocktail menu.
• Work closely with the bar and wider Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service.

About You:

• Experience in a high-end bar, luxury hotel, or fine-dining environment.
• A deep knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and bar techniques.
• A natural host, with the ability to create an engaging guest experience.
• Detail-focused, ensuring every drink and interaction meets the highest standards.
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven setting.
