The Opportunity
This is a flagship opportunity for a high-calibre English ECT to join an academic powerhouse in Brent. The department is a centre of excellence for literacy and literary scholarship, providing a structured environment where you can focus on mastering the craft of teaching. ECT Induction & Support
The school provides a robust two-year induction programme, starting with a 1:1 specialist mentor and a guaranteed 10% reduced teaching load in your first year. Your professional development will be prioritised through weekly pedagogical coaching and subject-specific workshops focused on high-stakes GCSE moderation and the art of the analytical essay.
