Claims Manager – Cyber
A leading Lloyd’s broker is seeking to hire a Claims Manager to join their specialist Cyber team. This is a great opportunity to manage complex, high-value Cyber and Tech E&O claims within a collaborative, forward-thinking environment that values flexibility, development, and client advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex Cyber and Tech E&O claims from notification to resolution
- Act as a claims advocate, resolving coverage issues and driving successful outcomes
- Build strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal teams
- Provide data and insights to support renewals and client strategies
What They Are Looking For:
- Experience in claims handling (broker, insurer, legal, or loss adjusting)
- Strong understanding of Cyber and/or Tech E&O lines preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- CII qualification (or working towards) is desirable
