The Opportunity
On behalf of our client, a well-established Facilities Management provider based in the City, we are recruiting for a Junior Contract Support to join their growing team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within the FM industry, working in a professional, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to contract managers
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, documentation, and client packs
- Raising and processing purchase orders and invoices
- Maintaining accurate records on internal systems
- Supporting compliance, H&S, and contract documentation
- Liaising with suppliers, engineers, and internal stakeholders
- Handling general office administration and ad-hoc support duties
- Previous administrative experience (FM or property sector desirable but not essential)
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Eager to learn and develop within the Facilities Management sector
- Ability to work effectively in a busy, office-based environment
- Salary of £27,000
