Introduction

We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of design across our core platforms. You'll lead the design of internal tools, establish and evolve our design system, and shape the key user journeys that sit at the heart of our customer experiences. Working closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, you'll ensure design excellence while balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end design work for platforms, tools, and user experiences.

• Own and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability.

• Partner with product and engineering to define strategy and translate requirements into elegant, functional solutions.

• Create and communicate design concepts, user flows, and prototypes.

• Mentor designers and advocate for design best practices across the team.

• Champion user-centered thinking and continuously improve core journeys.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in product design, with a portfolio that showcases platform, system, and tool design.

• Strong background in design systems and building scalable design frameworks.

• Ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on design delivery.

• Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Leadership experience (mentorship, team guidance, or project leadership).
