Location: Brent
Contract: Full-time, Long-term until July 2025
Pay: Up to £650 per week (term-time only)

The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant , you will:
- Support students in lessons across a range of subjects, helping them to access the curriculum
- Work 1:1 and with small groups to close learning gaps and build confidence
- Assist teachers with planning, delivering and assessing learning
- Support students with additional needs (SEN) and promote positive behaviour
- Gain valuable classroom experience, preparing you for future teacher training
This is an ideal stepping-stone for graduates who want to train as teachers or pursue careers in education, educational psychology, or youth work.
What We’re Looking For
- A recent graduate with a strong academic background
- A genuine passion for working with young people
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, resilient attitude
- Experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)
