LGV Driver/Loader - Mid-Shift

About The Role

Location: Kensington & Chelsea

• Salary £21.09 per hour / £42,644.19 per year
• Working 38.75 hours per week
• Shift pattern Monday - Friday (1 weekend on and 1 weekend off)
• Start Time 14:00pm - 22:45pm
• You are required to work Bank Holidays
• Overtime is available if required at enhanced rates
• Full PPE provided

What will I be doing?

• The role will involve driving and operating vehicles collecting commercial waste and recycling, delivering a high standard of service, and ensuring compliance with our customer’s Health and Safety rules, as well as our own at all times.
• Whilst the hours you will be paid are 38.75 per week, we operate a job & finish system; therefore, you are likely to finish earlier than the contracted hours each day.

What are the requirements?

• You must be able to demonstrate a passion for professional driving coupled with good communication skills and a willingness to be part of a successful hardworking team, delivering a high level of customer service.
• An LGV Class 2 license as well as a CPC card are essential.
• Experience of working in the waste industry is desirable though not essential.
