The Role
We are seeking a Hospitality Coordinator to join our wonderful Commercial team, and contribute to the success of a globally significant event, supporting the Commercial team to deliver the Hospitality programme for Glasgow 2026.
Job Summary:
As Hospitality Coordinator you will support the delivery of a world-class Hospitality programme for Glasgow 2026, working closely with the Commercial Operations Manager to coordinate catering, guest services, and venue operations across multiple sites. You will manage planning timelines, trackers, and readiness documentation, while overseeing menu development with external caterers and ensuring high standards in service delivery. You will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders, contribute to venue planning meetings, maintain accurate guest lists aligned with accreditation protocols, and support development of sales brochures and strategies. During Games time, you will lead on-site hospitality operations, overseeing catering, cleaning, and volunteer teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Key Skills and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience delivering catering services for complex events/sporting events. You will bring excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining a high standard of attention to detail and accuracy.
You will demonstrate strong communication, customer service and stakeholder management skills , with a willingness to be site based during the Games period.

Salary: Starting salary is from £27,500. Salary offered will be based on demonstrated skills and experience related to this role.
