CAD Designer – Gym Development Team

Location: London (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CAD Designer to join our client, a growing UK gym chain. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design and delivery of innovative gym spaces across London.

You will play a key role in producing concept designs and technical drawings for new club builds and existing gym refurbishment projects. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will help bring modern fitness environments to life.

This position offers hybrid working with head office based in London, with occasional travel required to project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce concept designs and technical drawings for new gym developments and upgrade projects

• Create accurate CAD drawings to support planning, design, and construction phases

• Collaborate with internal teams including development, operations, and project management

• Assist with layout planning and space optimisation

• Support the ongoing improvement and innovation of gym design standards

• Ensure drawings meet required specifications and project timelines

Requirements

• AutoCAD qualification (minimum 2D required; 3D preferred)

• Experience producing CAD drawings (commercial or design environment desirable)

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• Willingness to learn and develop professionally

• A collaborative, team-focused approach

• Ability and willingness to travel when required
