The Role

We’re looking for a Room Attendant to join our brilliant Housekeeping team. As a Room Attendant, you’ll take pride in creating a spotless, welcoming environment that makes every guest feel instantly at home.

You’ll ensure bedrooms and public areas are cleaned and presented to the highest standard, with care, attention to detail, and a personal touch that reflects our warm, relaxed Shoreditch spirit.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and service guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standard.

Restock amenities and ensure all rooms are perfectly presented for arrivals and stayovers.

Report maintenance issues or lost property promptly to the relevant departments.

Work efficiently to meet daily room targets while maintaining quality and consistency.

Uphold hygiene and safety standards in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.

Support your teammates to create a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.​

Salary: £28,921 p/a + service charge, plus benefits
