Job description:

Groundworkers required for a highly regarded regional developer that specialises in residential projects. ITS Building people are looking for an experienced and hardworking groundworker to assist our client with a project based in Enfield, London . Own transport would be beneficial but public transport is available near this project.

This Groundworker contract will be ongoing, Monday-Friday and there may be an option to work on the weekends.

Additional training and a full time contract may be provided for the right candidates.

Daily responsibilities will include:

* Front end gang

* Finishing

* Setting and laying kerbs & edging

* Operating plant machinery as required

* Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations

* Collaborating with other team members to ensure project deadlines are met

Requirements for the role

* A valid CSCS card is desirable

* References upon request

* Experience for Groundworker request

* The ability to perform physical manual labour

* You should have your own high vis jacket or vest, gloves and hard hat. These can be provided by ITS Building People for a small fee.

* Own tools are required

* Excellent teamwork and communication skills

* Full UK driving licence (preferred)

Training/Progression opportunities:

· There may be opportunities to acquire additional qualifications with this role on Health and Safety, machinery and traffic management
