Cafe Supervisor (Monday to Friday)
Searcys are looking for an experienced Cafe Supervisor to join the team at The Church House.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with exceptional customer service skills and a passion for the food and beverage industry. This role involves managing staff, ensuring a high standard of service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and driving sales growth.
Church House is a Grade II listed multi-purpose event and conference venue, located in the heart of Westminster. Church House Westminster has a long and rich history interspersed with notable links to royalty, Parliament and the Second World War.

Job Description
The ideal candidate will possess good food and beverage knowledge in addition to outstanding customer service, and leadership skills.
Full time - 45 hours a week
Monday to Friday
7:30AM to 5:00PM
Annual salary 35k
About the Cafe Supervisor role:
- To oversee the day-to-day operations by ensuring that our product and the service we provide are always of highest standard
- To supervise, manage and motivate the team
- To support management team in working towards improving sales and service
- Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are always maintained
Qualifications
- Excellent product knowledge (food/beverage)
- Leads by example by always acting professional.
- Excellent communication skills
