Job Title: Repairs Planner

Key responsibilities

Scheduling and planning: Arrange and reschedule appointments for repairs, organize work with supervisors and tradespeople, and maintain an organized and cost-effective schedule.
Customer service: Provide a high level of customer service to residents, answer their queries, resolve minor complaints, and keep them informed of progress.
System and data management: Log all current jobs onto a job management system, update information as it changes, and process trade reports.
Communication: Act as the key point of contact between residents, supervisors, and tradespeople. Liaise with staff at customer sites to provide progress updates.
Administrative tasks: Order necessary equipment for jobs, process orders for invoicing, and handle emails from contract mailboxes.
Required skills and experience

Experience in a call centre or similar customer-facing role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency with company systems and databases.
