Where will you be working?
We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.
This role will be within our Water and wastewater capital project delivery team. Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.

What will you be doing?
You'll send and respond to all highway requests/communications within specified time requirements and manage all required list edits throughout the day.


You'll ensure all relevant application forms and consents are complete and populated correctly in a timely manner (Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders, Traffic Light Applications etc)


We'll need you to work alongside Operational managers and teams to manage and escalate any potential issues (Location of jobs, permit conditions, ongoing works, avoidable costs)


You'll submit all works and stop/start permits within the required timescale.


You'll managed all works comments on receipt and respond with correct information.
We'll need you to take proactive action when notices are at risk, liaising with local Councils where appropriate to agree extensions or alternative measures
What you’ll bring

Do you have experience and a clear understanding of TMA permitting scheme, including the use of Street manager permitting system?
Have you got experience in the utility industry?
Are you someone who has strong organisational & communication skills?
Can you work to strict deadlines under pressure?
