THE OPPORTUNITY:
Join our in-house creative team to drive fame for some of the UK’s most-loved personal care brands - brands with decades of awards and cultural recognition. Chances are you use these products daily, when showering, during sports, helping you to show up fresh, clean and smelling great. You’ll create platform‑native, scroll‑stopping content people choose to watch, save and share, turning everyday moments into stories that drive demand. This is a career‑shaping role: hone your craft, upskill with AI, partner with stakeholders and deliver work for globally recognised brands. You’ll spot the cultural hook in launches, brand partnerships and events and turn it into emotive, on‑brand content that earns attention. You'll be the creative force turning everyday personal care into unmissable stories - translating brand purpose and product benefits into content people choose to watch. You’ll tap into diverse communities and platform behaviours to spark organic engagement that delivers results. Working closely with client partners, you’ll activate major brand collabs across sport, media and more, land key moments throughout the year, and jump on cultural moments in real time, working at the social pace of social - fast but fun! What you will be doing: Filming, editing and producing content for organic / paid socials. Create thumb-stopping social content that entertains first and sells second Design visuals that ride the wave of internet culture while maintaining brand relevance Spearhead quick-turn reactive content that puts our personal care brands atthe centre of cultural moments Craft concepts that balance emotive narratives with product truth Transform boring product features into entertaining narratives that people actually want to watch Stay obsessively current with platform trends, viral formats, and emerging content styles Deliver work that generates shares, saves, and comments, not justimpressions Build content systems that allow for rapid response to trending topics and viral opportunities Experiment with new formats that surprise and delight our audiences Open and willing to attend sustainability training relevant to your role The perfect fit has: An active lifestyle.
