Senior Property Management Surveyor opportunity in East London

A leading property consultancy is seeking a Senior Property Management Surveyor to join their Asset and Property Management division. This role offers opportunity to work within a dynamic commercial surveying team, working on a range of high profile portfolios including hotels, major retail brands, restaurant and pub operators.
Your new role
As the Senior Property Management Surveyor you will take on responsibility for the management of a mixed-use portfolio. As part of the role you will oversee service charge processes (including budgeting and reconciliations), manage landlord and tenant matters, coordinate health and safety compliance and support arrears management. You will also be involved with providing proactive asset management advice to enhance portfolio performance and provide guidance for junior team members.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role, you should hold an RICS property related degree and ideally be MRICS or open to working towards chartership. Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation including lease renewals and rent reviews is required and you should also have proven experience in managing service charges. A driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is required.
