And we’re looking for a talented individual with PR experience to join our rapidly growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the team working initially on one main account but with a view to potential expansion.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

You’ll be joining our dynamic Client Services team helping play a vital role in the agency. Our Client Services team is the bridge between the client and the agency. Their role is to make sure that the agency is meeting the client’s needs, keeping the client updated on the progress of projects and working with clients and internal agency teams to develop solutions to any problems which might arise.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Help prepare press materials, correspondence, and client information

• Responsible for sharing news agenda and industry updates with the PR team daily

• Identify news hooks and develop story lines for press releases

• Participate and contribute to the generation of creative ideas & platforms

• Help generate content for different platforms and audiences

• Demonstrate sound knowledge of media, social media

• You contribute to the achievement of team targets by understanding 23red’s financial processes, ensuring accurate and timely billing, and job bag management by invoicing clients regularly and accurately, answering invoice queries and ensuring prompt payment.

• You understand 23red’s creative process and ensure you follow this.

WHAT WOULD REALLY MAKE YOU STAND OUT AS A CANDIDATE?

Competencies

• Agency or in-house experience in PR (min 1 year)

• Passionate about media relations

• A keen interest in working with clients in the environmental, sustainability, and public sectors.

• An interest of the news agenda and of its importance to PR

• Be an excellent communicator, who is confident and curious.

• Great organization skills. Being able to prioritise work effectively, flagging issues as they arise.

• Be able to undertake desk research and competitor reviews and draw meaningful conclusions from the findings..

• Understand the project/job life cycle, basic agency finance processes, and terminology.

• Adept at using MS Office programmes (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).Preferred skills and qualifications
