Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of facilities management, including building maintenance, security, and lifecycle planning.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance, risk assessments, and emergency procedures are in place.
• Lead and manage facilities staff and front-of-house teams.
• Control budgets for office-related expenses and ensure value for money across contracts and services.
• Coordinate refurbishment projects, floor moves, and workspace upgrades.
• Manage corporate insurance policies and business travel arrangements.
• Ensure effective supplier management and SLA compliance.

About You

• Proven experience in facilities management within a corporate or Financial Services environment.
• Strong understanding of outsourcing agreements and third-party service contracts.
• Health & Safety knowledge (qualifications desirable).
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities.
• Strong negotiation and procurement experience is advantageous.
