Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope
Source Scrutineer: Instructing History across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE) only.
Argumentation Focus: Developing pupils' skills in structured argumentation, evidence evaluation, and historical analysis.
ECT Mentorship: Benefit from weekly formal mentoring and peer support sessions tailored for early career development.
