Join the Hedin Automotive Accounts team as an Accounts Administrator and play an important role in supporting the day-to-day financial administration of our business. Working alongside an experienced Accounts team, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and accounting tasks, including processing payments, maintaining accurate records and supporting key finance processes.

THE MAIN DUTIES OF THE ROLE INCLUDE:
Preparing payments and ensuring all supporting paperwork is accurate and complete
Supporting Car Auction administration, including invoice posting and allocation
Processing Road Fund Licence data and maintaining accurate records
Assisting with purchase ledger administration, including scanning, processing invoices and allocating manufacturer accounts
Maintaining and accurately recording Motability costs within the system
Supporting company accident claims, month-end administration and general finance duties as required
YOUR PROFILE.
Previous administration experience would be desirable, although candidates looking to develop their experience within an accounts environment are encouraged to apply
Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a busy environment
Good IT skills with experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team
SALARY AND HOURS.
Basic salary of £23,223.20 per annum
Working hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (35 hours per week)
