We’re working with our client to launch a specialist male supported living accommodation and are seeking an experienced Service Manager to take the lead.

This is a unique opportunity to be there from the very start — shaping the culture, embedding high-quality standards, and building a strong, compassionate team to deliver the best outcomes for residents.

💼 Role: Service Manager
📍 Location: Hackney (with remote & flexible working options)
💰 Salary: £40,000 – £45,000

What you’ll be doing:

Leading the day-to-day operations of a brand-new supported living service.

*

Ensuring compliance with all CQC standards and regulations.

*

Managing staff rotas, performance, and development.

*

Overseeing assessments, care plans, and risk management.

*

Building positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.

*

Driving continuous improvement, audits, and reporting directly to senior leadership.

*

Playing a hands-on role in developing a safe, empowering, and person-centred environment.

What we’re looking for:

✔️ CQC Registered Manager status (or ability to register).
✔️ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
✔️ Experience managing a regulated care service.
✔️ Strong understanding of safeguarding, mental capacity, and medication management.
✔️ A passionate leader who can inspire, coach and develop staff.
