KPI Education is recruiting an ambitious Graduate Teaching Assistant to join an impressive secondary school in Barnet, North London, from September 2026.
This isn't simply a classroom support position. The school wants a talented graduate with the potential to become an excellent teacher and will provide the mentoring, experience and increasing responsibility needed to help you decide whether teaching is the career for you.

More Than Classroom Support
From your first term, you'll become an active member of the school community.
You could spend the morning supporting lessons within your specialist department before delivering an intervention to pupils who need additional academic support. Later, you might lead a GCSE revision group, work individually with a pupil or support students with SEND.
You'll also help create resources, monitor progress and become involved in enrichment, revision sessions and wider school activities.
As your confidence develops, so can your responsibilities, giving you an invaluable insight into what life as a teacher is really like.

Previous school experience is useful but not essential. Your attitude, reliability, academic ability and potential are more important.
