The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the delivery of one of the largest data center facilities in London, reporting directly to the Project Director. Responsible for leading the MEPscope from pre-construction through to completion, this role requires a collaborative, hands-on approach to working with a large, multi-disciplinary team. The Senior Technical Services Manager will provide comprehensive professional advice on building services, identify and mitigate risks, and uncover opportunities to optimize the wider project. Developing and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders, team members, and subcontractors will be crucial to achieving the common goals of this high-profile endeavor.

This is an operational and delivery-focused position that demands exceptional people management and subcontractor coordination skills. The Senior Technical Services Manager will lead the MEP design and integration with the CSAelements at every stage of construction, from initial planning through to commissioning and handover. A strong commercial awareness and the ability to maintain control over the project lifecycle are essential. As a key member of the project's Senior Management Team, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the success of this 100 million MEP package for the data center.
